Description
In this position, you will be part of Intel's Vertical Sector marketing team. You will own the Energy vertical marketing strategy and the go to market execution for the United States and Canada.

You will accelerate technology adoption and grow Intel's participation in the smart grid/energy sector with a focus on energy efficiency for IT and smart grid initiatives. For more information and background see ‘Open Energy Initiative’ and 'Energy-Efficient Performance' on www.intel.com.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Set the overall geo direction and priorities to accelerate the Energy market to Intel solutions
- Work with sales team to identify and win critical customer projects
- Establish partner priorities and joint marketing programs across the industry (PC OEMs, Electric Utilities, Solution Providers, ISVs, and industry associations)
- Develop and execute high impact, integrated marketing programs for the segment (keynotes, press, online, webinars, media, etc.)
Qualifications
You must possess a Bachelor's degree (an M.B.A. would be an added advantage) with a minimum of five years relevant marketing or business development experience in Intel solutions. Additional qualifications include:
- Expertise, relationships and leadership within the electric utility industry
- Strong leadership, creativity and program management skills
- Ability to develop and execute innovative, integrated marketing programs
- Proven ability to get results within a cross-organizational team

Job Posting: Director of Information Technology
GPSA is currently searching for a Director of Information Technology to serve during the 2009-2010 academic year. GPSA seeks individuals who are highly motivated to improve graduate students life at Arizona State University by managing and coordinating GPSA’s online and electronic presence.
This director will monitor, update, and develop information technology for the Graduate & Professional Student Association including but not limited to: the GPSA website, the GPSA discussion board, and meeting technology. Responsibilities will include updating the GPSA website as needed and/or requested by GPSA executive officers, moderating the GPSA discussion board, managing the GPSA wiki entry, GPSA twitter site, and running the electronic recording system during GPSA assembly meetings. This position reports directly to the President of GPSA. Responsibilities may shift throughout the year to remain aligned with the GPSA mission. Applicants should be able to keep a limited number of set office hours at the GPSA office and attend all GPSA assembly meetings as part of their job.
Required Qualifications: Applicants must have earned an undergraduate degree from an accredited institution and be currently enrolled in a graduate program at Arizona State University. Applicants must remain enrolled in a graduate program for the entire 2009-2010 academic year.
Qualified individuals will have experience in web design, and other computing technologies, commitment to serving the graduate student community, and can demonstrate being proactive in identifying potential problems and/or improvements to GPSA technology. Since this job will work closely with the Executive Director of Communication and Campus Relations, the qualified applicant should be able to interface with the graduate student community at ASU. This position is primarily a service position; however GPSA does offer a small stipend (pending re-approval by the GPSA Assembly in August). Total stipend is $5,000 with a pay period end date of May 2010. Starting date of the job is flexible but will not start prior to July 1, 2009. Stipend will be paid in biweekly installments and payable through the ASU payroll system. If you have a 1/2 time TA/RA/GA, you will need to obtain an override for the number of hours you will be working from the graduate college. Applicants should expect to work at least 5 hours per week on average.
