Job 1: International Tax Manager

Description: In this position, you will be a key member of the Global Tax and Trade Team and will be working closely with International and Domestic Tax Team members. You will be managing the U.S. International Tax Compliance function and providing critical support for the maintenance of an accurate global tax provision and implementation of global tax strategies. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to US international tax compliance for Intel's international operations:
Managing and reviewing corporate federal income tax returns for Controlled Foreign Corporations and U.S. entities with foreign operations (Forms 5471, 8865, 8858, and others)
Reviewing subpart F and PFIC inclusions
Overseeing Entity Classification Election process to ensure that elections are prepared correctly and filed timely
Managing international portion of FAS109 income tax accounting including deferred tax asset/liability calculations related to basis of foreign legal entities
Reviewing local international tax provisions
Overseeing compilation of data critical to international tax planning including foreign tax credits, foreign subsidiary earnings and profits, and foreign subsidiary cash flows and distributions
Supporting special projects including foreign tax credit utilization, repatriation, and mergers and acquisitions
Assisting with federal tax audits
Identifying and promoting efficiencies in all areas affecting the preparation and filing of returns and/or reports and calculations
Developing international research and compliance staff

You should possess a relevant educational qualification with four to six years of experience in either public accounting or a large corporate tax department. You should also have a minimum four years of international tax experience. A Master of Science in Taxation (MST) and/or a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is preferred. Additional qualifications include:

o Familiarity with basic International aspects of FAS109
o Excellent written and oral communications skills
o Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
o Ability to drive change through process improvement and technology
o Strong organizational and project management skills
o Previous finance experience required
o Strong technology skills including Excel* and knowledge of tax compliance systems
o experience with CorpTax and Corp International would be an added advantage

Job 2 Consumer Messaging Strategist
Group: Intel Corporation, SMG/CMG/Global Messaging
Group Description: Responsible for Consumer, IT and Corporate Strategy messaging function. Point of contact for many of Intel’s stakeholders. Single source for all messaging functions in one place. The qualified candidate will be responsible for what Intel says about our products globally.

Duties/Responsibilities: Will focus on the consumer products side. Will conduct product roadmaps analysis, organize research on product features, write copy write copy samples, conduct (copy write) exercises, and test samples. Project manage agencies. Will present to upper-mgmt frequently.

Must Have Skills: 5-7 years of copywriter, marketing or PR experience w/consumer products. Strong writing (copywriting, etc) background. Experience writing marketing materials for consumer products. Agency experience (either managing agencies or have worked writing copy for an agency).

Nice to Have Skills: Experience in writing about technology for consumers. International experience will be a plus.

As the Global Consumer Messaging Strategist, you will be responsible for developing crisp, clear and engaging communication platforms that bring our range of consumer-focused products (including Intel� CoreTM and Intel� AtomTM based products) to life. Your work will be utilized worldwide, and will enable the broader Intel marketing organization to optimize outbound communications for maximum impact in market. You will be the champion of driving consumer insights, emotional touchpoints and applicable usage models into our messages, and will effectively utilize market research to vet out your theories and refine your proposals. Your understanding of long range product roadmaps will help you build an effective and proactive messaging strategy approach. You will have an array of business unit, geography, internal marketing and external agency stakeholders that you will interact with regularly, influence and delight.

You should possess a Bachelor of Arts degree or a Bachelor of Science degree (Liberal Arts degree or related field is preferred). Additional qualifications include:
- At least five to seven years work experience marketing consumer products
- General love affair with words and language
- Creative thinker with the ability to synthesize information and data and translate it into memorable and powerful consumer benefits
- Comfortable managing creative agencies and copywriters to produce results
- Excellent written communication skills and presentation skills, and a solid comfort level interacting with executive management
- Effective time manager and flawless project manager in a dynamic and occasionally ambiguous environment
- Excels at leading cross-group efforts and role-models stakeholder management
- Ability to not only define processes but drive broader teams to follow them
- Unsurpassed attention to detail
- Experience in writing PR and/or marketing materials or copywriting (experience writing about technology for consumers would be an added advantage)
