Teacher Preparation Charter High School at Phoenix College
Start Date: March 23, 2009
End Date: May 22, 2009
2 hours per day (approximately 44 days)
Teaching Assignment: The class will meet daily (44 days) from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. according to the Teacher Prep academic calendar
Pay Rate: $26.00 per hour, no benefits
Qualifications:
Must meet the following criteria to be qualified:
-Hold a bachelors degree
-Possess or be eligible to possess a Department of Public Safety Fingerprint Clearance Card
and meet ONE of the following:
Passed the Arizona Educators Proficiency Assessment (AEPA) in the core academic subject area; or
Hold an advanced degree in the core academic subject area; or
Hold National Board Certification in the core academic subject area; or
A major or 24 credit hours in the core academic subject area; or
Earned at least 100 points on the AZ HOUSSE RUBRIC, which assesses years of teaching experience, college course work and professional development in the core academic area.

Job Description Purpose

As a store team leader, you will lead a store of 150-500 team members, providing leadership that will drive high guest service and build high team morale. You'll hold the ultimate responsibility for delivering a positive experience throughout a clean, fully stocked store with fast, fun, and friendly service.

• Proven conflict management skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations with great interpersonal skills
