Looking for a Spanish Speaking Wholesaler. 4+ yrs experience with a “series 7” and is also fluent in Spanish (bi-lingual). Looking for someone who can sell to the Spanish Speaking Markets. They would be based here in Phoenix with some travel. This person could either be a Current Wholesaler or someone generally in the Financial Services industry (Series 7) and Sales experience. Compensation would depend on experience---but would include salary + guarantee + commission. Overall, the compensation package will be very high for the level of experience. Also, it’s with one of the largest and most respected Alternative Investment Sponsors in the U.S.

Position: Regional Territory Manager

Description:

The Spanish Speaking Wholesaler will be responsible for building relationships within the Spanish-speaking community in their territory. They will market Investment products by communicating in Spanish and building a rapport with Spanish-Speaking reps and their clients. This will be accomplished by utilizing new, innovative technology consisting of webcams and virtual meetings. This individual will also travel in the field when necessary to meet with advisors and their clients and must be fluent in Spanish.

The Regional Territory Manager interacts with brokers, financial advisers, registered representatives, and other financial professionals to provide unparalleled service in the marketing, sale, and distribution of Cole’s real estate investment products. Requires the ability to identify investment objectives, match needs profile to appropriate products and effectively describe features and benefits. Responsible for cultivating existing leads and building the relationship with registered representatives.

Successful candidates will have 4 years or more experience in the real estate, securities or financial services industry, with strong sales and business development skills. Candidates should possess basic PC skills and familiarity with customer contact software systems.
Skills:
Previous experience with DPPs, REITs, or Investment Products
PC Skills includes experience with CRM databases, Excel, and MS Word
Ability to organize and coordinate a high level of job tasks under a variety of conditions and constraints
Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
Excellent presentation skills with ability to respond to complex real estate, tax, and investment questions in front of web and live audiences

Education and Professional Designations:
Bachelor’s Degree required
Series 7 and 63 licenses required

Compensation:
Base salary + commissions
